Wayne holds a Bachelor of Planning and Master of Urban Design from The University of Auckland. He has completed various land development projects within Auckland, Waikato, Wellington and Queenstown. He has strong enthusiasm for accepting challenges in planning field and attempts to achieve the best outcome for clients.
Other than planning, Wayne is also familiar with traffic control (TTM planner, STMS), urban design, landscape practice, construction monitoring, and subdivision management.
Wayne has over 12 years of experience and prides himself on customer communication also practical approach on solving problems. He specialized small to medium land developments.
Away from work, Wayne enjoys cooking, travelling and collecting antiques.
